Export Requirements:    All export features can be turned on or off as needed by the paricular implementation.

Export Invoicing:   Almost all open account export invoicing can be prepared directly on the system.  Country requirements for open account shipments are automatically applied as needed.  If the commercial invoice requirements are too complex or need to be customized for L/C documentation requirements, the contents of the invoice can be exported to a word processor for final modifications.  L/C’s can be tracked from request for the L/C to receipt of payment.

Marine Insurance:   Payments for Marine Insurance are anticipated by the normal processing of shipments. Shipments requiring insurance have the extimate applied which can be compared directly to the invoice received from the Carrier.

Credit InsuranceCredit insurance reports are available from the system so that export insurance calculations are simplified.

Currency:    If required shipments in foreign currency can be entered and tracked.
